ZNSHINE GROUP was established in 1988. It started with glass fittings and components for lighting, candle holders, craftworks and gifts in Jiangsu Province. In 1998, it established its Zhongshan factory in Guangdong Province. Wiith more than 20 years of incessant development and endeavor, it has grown into a comprehensive and professional factory of glass fittings for lighting, candle holder, craftwork and gifts integrating design, production and contribution. In 2005, Zhengxin established its Hongkong company, Hongkong Fine Right Industry Limited, to start its home lighting career. Besides, in 2006 Zhengxin invested 50 million us dollar in PV industry and establish another two subsidiary companies in Jintan City Jiangsu Province: ZNSHINE Technology of Renewable Energy Co., Ltd and ZNSHINE PV-Tech Co., Ltd which focus on researching and manufacturing IC grade poly silicon, PV ingot, PV wafer, solar module, solar lights, and PV power system. In 2008, the 5th subsidiary company, ZNSHINE PV Lighting Co., Ltd, was established which specializes in the researching and manufacturing of long-life, high efficient, and energy saving Frequency Electrodeless Dischargea Lamp. Now it already put Frequency Electrodeless Dischargea Lamp into mass production and even registered its own brand for induction lamps, BRIGHTMAX. Made up of above five subsidiary companies, ZNSHINE became into a big group company. ZNSHINE group has always been emphasizing quality by seriously observing ISO9001, TUV, CE standards in every detailed production process and endeavoring to become a giant and professional manufacturer in the world.
